Healing Pilates Equipment lessons:
At studio body analysis our approach to the pilates method is therapeutic and the courses are small (4-5 people) lasting 60 ‘. During the lesson, the student applies mat exercises with or without the help of props as well as an exercise diary on the special instruments, depending on their needs and abilities.
Pilates mat & props lessons:
These new Pilates classes are group (12-15 people), dynamic, flow and pace and last 60 minutes. They are divided into levels, beginner and advanced (consult the program) and the student integrates and applies exercises exclusively to the mat, with or without the help of props, depending on their level and abilities.
Pilates Equipment Group Lessons:
These Pilates classes are group classes for 6 people, for all levels, dynamic, with flow and rhythm and last 60 minutes. The student joins and applies exercises on the special Pilates equipment, the spring board, wall unit,cadillac, spine corrector and universal reformer, depending on their level and strength.
Hatha & Abhaya Yoga Lessons:
Yoga lessons are group-based and last 60 ‘to 90’ (see weekly schedule). The lesson is followed by a traditional hatha yoga protocol, during which the student applies meditation (dharana), breathing (pranayama) and kinesiology (asanas) depending on the level of the lesson.

- Your practice begins as you enter the space
- Please always be on time
- Always take your shoes off when you enter the room and place them in the locker
- Lower your mobiles before entering the room to maintain a tranquil atmosphere. If you need to talk, please do so in a calm tone.
- Get all the accessories you need for your practice before laying down on your mattress.
- Position the accessories you are using in place after practice

Safety
- Listen to your body and do not go beyond it. You don’t need to feel any pressure to compete in your own practice with yourself and other students.
- If there is a condition for which you are taking a particular medication, always have your medicine with you in case of emergency.
- If there is a condition / injury that requires a medical license to perform any exercise, it is necessary to provide it before the first test lesson.
- In the same case it is advisable to give us the information of your treating physician, for immediate communication in case of need.
- If there is a specific range of exercises that you are forbidden to do, let us know before the first test lesson or we will contact you directly with your attending physician and we will give you specific guidance.
- In this case, follow your teacher’s instructions strictly.

Specifically for aerial yoga
- Wear relatively fit clothing with shoulders worn (a tights and shorts or bodysuit are ideal)
- Do not wear any accessories on the neck, ears, hands, feet that may injure or damage the hammock.
- Because the fabric comes in contact with almost all parts of our body and absorbs odors, take care of your personal hygiene before each lesson.
- Due to a specific hammock running back, make sure your last meal is at least one (1) hour before the start of the course.
- CAUTION: Contraindicated in pregnant women and people with high blood pressure, glaucoma or similar eye diseases, any form of heart disease, epilepsy and recent stroke

Specifically for therapeutic massages
- please always be on time so that the program flow is not delayed
- have two clean towels with you, one big & one small
- Your personal hygiene is extremely important both for your therapist and for you
- if there is any musculoskeletal or other disorder, tell your therapist immediately
